All products are made through top of the line BAM 3D printers with optimized products for 3d printing.

Because Bush Additive Manufacturing products are manufactured on demand, we cannot accept returns once an order is placed. If there is a safety hazard with the product, please report it and you will be offered a refund.

Yes, all of our products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We’ve got you covered!

Yes, we do provide international shipping! Just enter your address at checkout to see available options and rates.

Customer FAQs

Vendors get 60% of the profit. The profit is calculated by subtraction the minimum price that the vendor is quoted from the selling price the vendor selects.

A 3MF file made from Prusa slicer or Bambu lab (file->save project as) is highly recommended as it saves multi color details. We also accept STL files for single color prints.

In the Add New Product section, please complete all required fields and include any relevant images. Once submitted, your product will be forwarded to our team for review. Please note that submissions cannot be edited after this step, so ensure all information is accurate and complete.

After the review, our team will issue an invoice for printing and testing your product. If you would like your product shipped, please reply to the invoice email with your request. Upon successful testing and review, your product will be approved for listing.
